I found Jason Runckel of O’Connor, Runckel and O’Malley online, saw good reviews and took a chance on them. But what a find! Hiring them was the best decision we made.
They took alot of stress off us and completely took charge of the legal side of things. Every step was explained ahead of time so we knew what to expect at each stage. Jason is very experienced. He has a way of keeping you positive – I really appreciated the fact that he keeps it real and doesn’t unduly raise your hopes of expecting a false result. What could have possibly dragged on for a few more months resolved very quickly thanks to his expertise.
HIs office staff is top-notch. The response time of an email or call was almost always less than half an hour and I never needed to explain who I was or what my case was. Kiersten at the office always has a calm disposition and I am sure she has answered the same questions over and over again, but yet you can tell she genuinely cares for your situation and patiently spends time with you.
